1. General terms
These Terms of Use apply to any person accessing and using the Website (hereafter a "User") and may be changed in full or in part by A.I.S.E. at all times and without notice. Regular consultation of these Terms of Use is therefore recommended, in order to remain up to date with the latest version.
The Terms of Use constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between a User and A.I.S.E. with respect to the access to the Website.
By using this Website, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the present Terms of Use and undertakes to comply with them. If the User does not agree with these Terms of Use, he shall refrain from making any use whatsoever of the Website.
In case of a breach of these Terms of Use or of any other contractual obligation between the User and A.I.S.E., A.I.S.E. reserves the right to refuse access to the Website (including, without limitation the Restricted Area, as defined below) without prejudice to the right of A.I.S.E. or any third party to claim compensation for all direct and indirect damage sustained as a result of the breach.

7. Restricted Area (which include the part of the Website hosting the DetNet database)
Access to the part of the Restricted Area:
- is reserved to DetNet Subscribers and the Users appointed by them for that purpose under a separate "A.I.S.E. Detergent Industry Network for CLP Classification Subscriber Agreement" (the "Subscriber Agreement"); and
- provided that the appointed User has entered into a separate "Non-Disclosure Agreement for Nominated Experts for the A.I.S.E. Detergent Industry Network for CLP Classification" (the "NDA").
To be able to use the Restricted Area, the appointed User must register, provide certain data and be granted a username and a password by A.I.S.E. If the Subscriber and/or appointed User does not agree to this, the appointed Subscriber will not be able to use the Restricted Area. The password is personal, confidential and non-transferable. It is granted solely for the purpose of the User's access to the Restricted Area on behalf of the DetNet Subscriber by whom the User is appointed. The Subscriber is responsible for the use of the password and for all its activities on or through the Restricted Area.
Access to the Restricted Area may be terminated or suspended in accordance with the Subscriber Agreement and/or the NDA.
A.I.S.E. processes personal data related to access to Restricted Area in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR”). For more information about this processing, please see our privacy policy.
8. Contact Form
The Website contains a contact form that permits a User to contact A.I.S.E. The User is solely responsible for the information communicated through this form.

9. Nullity of a provision
The nullity, invalidity or unenforceability of one or several provisions of these Terms of Use shall not result in the nullity, invalidity or unenforceability of the Terms of Use as a whole. The provision declared invalid shall then be replaced by another provision with the same effect.
